Specifications include, but are not limited to: ACAA is seeking proposals from qualified proposers (Proposers) to provide scheduled and on-call, unarmed civilian security guard services at Pittsburgh International Airport and all owned and maintained facilities to meet the minimum qualifications identified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The purpose of this solicitation is to enable ACAA to ascertain which party is most capable of providing the necessary services with maximum effectiveness, capability, and cost efficiency.
