Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide a Unified Security System (USS) with seamless unification of the Access Control System (ACS) and the Video Surveillance System (VSS) under a single unified platform for support of card readers, devices, intercoms and cameras as outlined herein, shown on the drawings and listed in the schedules. Refer to Exhibit A – Card Reader Schedule, Exhibit B – Inputs and Outputs Schedule, Exhibit C – Camera Schedule, and Exhibit D – Existing Manor Camera List. 2. Provide an Access Control System (ACS) as outlined below. a. Provide ACS software and licensing to accommodate all card readers, inputs and outputs plus minimum 25% spare expansion capability. b. Provide a directory server with operating system and database engine as specified by the manufacturer. Install the directory server in an Owner provided equipment rack located in the Courthouse Annex Upper Parking Level Data Room and load and configure ACS software.
