To furnish all labor and material on a time and material (T&M) basis to repair the trash chutes and/or chute fed trash compactors at various HACP locations, as requested by a Facility Services Supervisor. Some of the necessary repairs include the following, but not limited to: 1. Repair of trash chute doors for proper operation a. This may include adding hardware such as springs, handles, latches 2. Troubleshoot/repair compactor 3. Troubleshoot/repair compactor controls 4. Troubleshoot/repair compactor safeties 5. Troubleshoot/ repair fire linkage 6. Cleaning and deodorizing of compactor and/or chute Trash Compactor/Chute service will be done at the following locations: 1. Northview Heights High-rise, 533 Mt. Pleasant Rd., 15214 2.
