The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is seeking a consultant team to assist with a variety of transportation planning activities throughout the Commonwealth. The consultant will assist with a variety of transportation planning items including programs, plans and evaluations to aid PennDOT in the transportation planning process. These items include but are not limited to statewide and regional Long Range Transportation plans and guidance, transportation planning studies, freight planning and other transportation planning activities. The consultant will provide a variety of transportation expertise to PennDOT, its Metropolitan and Rural Planning Organizations (MPOs and RPOs) and Pennsylvania local governments. The consultant will also have contact with the public.
