Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scott Township (the "Township" or "Owner"), Columbia County, 350 Tenny Street, Bloomsburg, PA., 17815, will receive sealed bids electronically via the Penn Bid program, by the date and time indicated below. Work includes small projects at two neighborhood parks in the Township. Work includes but is not limited to the installing bituminous paved parking with ADA accessible parking spaces, bituminous paved ADA accessible pathways, DWS tiles, fencing, minor site grading, erosion and sedimentation controls, benches, and signs. Scott Township has secured contracts through Co-Stars for the purchase and installation of the play equipment play with the EWF safe play surfaces with General Recreation. The Contractor will be required to coordinate with the Co-Stars installers.
