Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Maintenance for each of the four electro-mechanical Tower Clock movements and associated hardware. Each movement consists of 2 large brass plate frames locally made, with commercial internal gearing and a reduction geared electric motor. Each movement will require lubrication to each pivot extended thru plates using Amzoil gear lube. Movement is also attached to a bevel gear set extending power vertically to drive shafts thru universal joints which also require lubrication. Above the upper universal joint is a contrite gearing made of cast iron using ball bearings which also requires lubrication. As power is then transmitted horizontally to the motion works each gear set has lubricating holes in the casting keeping shafts lubricated. Each movement will require the same work accomplished. On the base of each clock there are lights installed and should be on during winter months and turned off during summer months in order to minimize moisture to the lubricant
