a) Mobilization to the site and staging. b) Material purchase and installation of temporary erosion and sediment control measures per the approved Erosion and Sediment Control Plan and specifications. This includes removal of these at project end. c) Demolition and site preparation for proposed project items; including land clearing and rough grading, per the plan drawings and specifications. This includes tree clearing, rough grading, and off-haul of all materials, vegetation, and spoils. d) Material purchase and installation of the gravel parking areas; per the plan drawings and specifications. e) Asphalt paving, painting, and providing signage for the ADA parking spaces; per the plan drawings and specifications.
