The Maritime Administration (MARAD) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ contract a videographer/video production contractor for the purpose of producing a documentary/series that will highlight the historical background, conception, design, and construction of the National Security Multi-Mission Vessel (NSMV) ship class.
The Maritime Administration (MARAD) seeks a videographer/video production contractor for the purpose of producing a documentary/series that will highlight the historical background,conception, design, and construction of the National Security Multi-Mission Vessel (NSMV) ship class. The documentary/series will inform and educate the maritime industry, the public,
maritime stakeholders, and Congressional liaisons about the innovation of this successful program. The production would include interviews with all professionals and industry leaders involved in decision making or who were involved in the program. It will also provide videographic insights into the newly constructed vessels with tours and demonstrations. Through this documentary/series, the contractor will provide unique media to extend MARAD’s outreach on important NSMV program facts.
