Specifications include, but are not limited to: Technical Assistance ConsultantsBCS Program Consultants assist only Eligible Businesses affected by disruptions due toconstruction of the Northwest Extension. BCS Consultants may provide services in thecategories described below, including but not limited to the specific tasks listed in eachcategory. These efforts will closely resemble the deliverables provided by the consultantsin their private businesses. BCS Consultants occasionally work with each other toaccomplish client goals.A. Marketing· Develop or revise existing marketing plans· Recommend creative strategies for attracting and retaining clients· Develop and design advertisements, flyers, customer mailings, etc., and provideoptions for implementation, if necessary· Identify new marketing and public relations strategies· Research and make recommendations regarding the viability of selling products viathe internet during construction· Provide marketing assistance to an LRT MTA technology consultant for web design,if appropriate, to ensure an effective and appealing website for the client· Conduct and document research in support of agreed upon goals, if necessary
