The City of Philadelphia Department of Human Services' Division of Juvenile Justice Services (JJS) seeks qualified applicants who can provide training and one on one coaching in leadership, supervision, managing stress and personal and professional effectiveness among JJS employees. The selected provider will design and deliver a comprehensive training and coaching program for staff within the Division of Juvenile Justice Services (JJS). The program should be grounded in traumainformed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practices that support leadership development, supervisory effectiveness, stress management, and personal and professional growth. General Requirements 1. Training Development and Delivery • Design and deliver interactive, outcome-driven training sessions focused on: • Leadership and team building • Effective supervision and communication • Emotional intelligence and conflict resolution • Professional effectiveness • Tailor training content to meet the needs of various staff roles (e.g., supervisors, frontline staff, administrators) • Collaboratively develop a training sessions calendar based on organizational needs and requests • Create participant completion certificates/documentation and deliver in a timely fashion
