● Collaborate with the Commerce Project Team to finalize the training schedule and refine curriculum modules. ● Identify and coordinate any guest speakers or content contributors, if applicable. ● Coordinate with the Workforce Navigation Partner to deliver responsive, high-impact programming aligned with TCB’s workforce development goals. This partnership serves as a central support for Cleaning Ambassadors, offering accessible training opportunities to enhance job readiness, career exploration, and advancement pathways. The Workforce Navigation Partner will: – Serve as the primary resource for workforce preparation and advancement for Cleaning Ambassadors. – Provide individualized support, helping Ambassadors set and meet personal and professional goals through consistent follow-up and coaching. – Connect Ambassadors with relevant services such as housing assistance, job training, education programs, and mental health support. – Collaborate with partner organizations to ensure wraparound supports are aligned with workplace expectations and responsibilities. – Surface emerging trends and collective needs to inform program strategy and continuous improvement. The Philadelphia Department of Commerce will be releasing an RFP to formally identify and secure a provider capable of delivering these services. The RFP will detail the scope of work, required competencies, and partnership expectations to ensure the selected provider is well-equipped to meet the evolving needs of the program. ● Coordinate with Language Interpretation Services to ensure full accessibility for all participants. ● Manage cohort enrollment and serve as the primary point of contact for all training-related communication with participants. ● Maintain consistent communication with participants throughout the training period to support engagement and retention. ● Coordinate training logistics with site hosts at Commerce-designated training locations. ● Provide light meals and refreshments ($10/participant/day) during each training session (e.g., breakfast, boxed lunch, snacks, and beverages). ● Track participant attendance and engagement using tools approved by the Commerce Project Team. ● Collect feedback through post-session surveys or other methods. ● Submit a brief report after each cohort that includes attendance, feedback, and engagement data. ● Submit a final report at the end of the contract summarizing outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations.
