The description and location of the project are as follows: Roadway resurfacing and bridge preservation work including milling, base repairs, Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design base, scratch and wearing courses, epoxy overlay, guiderail upgrades, line painting, and other miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 2026, SECTION 030, in COVINGTON TOWNSHIP and BLOSSBURG BOROUGH, TIOGA COUNTY, from approximately 0.01 MILES EAST of the PennDOT Stockpile at segment 0010 offset 0000 to approximately 0.04 MILES WEST of the intersection at STATE ROUTE 2005 segment 0240 offset 0781 and STATE ROUTE 2005, SECTION 032, in BLOSSBURG BOROUGH, TIOGA COUNTY from approximately 2.5 MILES SOUTH of the intersection with STATE ROUTE 2026 at segment 0010 offset 1327 to approximately 2.81 MILES SOUTH of intersection of STATE ROUTE 2025 at segment 0010 offset 0000.
