1. Required Uniform standards per Crew Member Below are the required uniform standards that should be made available for purchase at one rate. a. Tops i. All Season 1. Two short sleeve T-shirts or short sleeve collared shirts with PHL TCB logo and space for organization’s logo - 2. Two long sleeve T-shirts or long sleeve collared shirts with PHL TCB logo and space for organization’s logo ii. Cold Weather 1. Sweater, Sweatshirt, and/or hoodie with PHL TCB logo and space for organization’s logo 2. Outdoor work coat suitable for temperatures below freezing 3. One set of thermal underwear b. Bottoms i. Two pairs of heavy-duty work pants c. Accessories i. One brimmed hat with space for the organization’s logo on the front and the TCB wordmark on the rear ii. One cold weather hat with space for the organization’s logo on the front and the TCB wordmark on the rear 3 iii. One pair of lined cold-weather work gloves d. Rain Gear i. One long hooded (or with hat) high visibility waterproof top with PHL TCB logo and space for organization’s logo. Ponchos or jackets are acceptable. ii. One pair high visibility waterproof pants e. Footwear (Optional) i. One pair of work boots
