The description and location of the project is as follows: For the improvement of a certain section of TOWNSHIP ROUTE in CLEARFIELD COUNTY, KARTHAUS TOWNSHIP, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, T-748, SECTION 000. The project being situated as follows: On T-748 (OAK HILL ROAD) from Station 20+00.00 to Station 25+70.00. For the removal of the existing single span structure that carries T-748 over Mosquito Creek, and construction of a new single span structure upstream of the existing structure. Construction will include the new alignment of T-748 involving full depth paving, consisting of Superpave Asphalt Mixture Designs for the base and wearing courses, slope protection, guide rail upgrades, and miscellaneous construction for a total construction length of approximately 512 feet (0.097 mile) as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package.
