Part 1 will consist of preliminary engineering and environmental studies for the bridge replacement project carrying T-385 Eagle Furnace Road over Canoe Creek in Beaver Township, Clarion County (BMS# 16 7202 0385 0019). Services for this part include but are not limited to the following: Environmental Studies; the project team will be responsible for the preparation of the CEE and all investigations and public involvement required to obtain the necessary National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) approval. Preliminary Engineering Services: Field Surveys, Hydrologic and Hydraulic Study, Waterway Permits; Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan; Type, Size, and Location Study; Right of Way Activities, Right of Way Plan, Utility Investigation, Preliminary Drainage Design, Safety Review/Audit; Preliminary Traffic Control Plan; Preliminary Pavement Design; Typical Sections; Design Field View; Public Involvement; Project Scheduling; and Project Management and Coordination. Project Oversight will be provided by PennDOT with involvement with project stakeholders, as needed. Part 2 will consist of final design services for the bridge replacement project carrying T-385 Eagle Furnace Road over Canoe Creek in Beaver Township, Clarion County (BMS# 16 7202 0385 0019). Services for this part will include but not limited to the following: Supplemental Surveys: Structure Borings; Final Geotechnical Report; Cross Sections; Right of Way Plan; Right of Way Appraisals and Negotiations; Final Traffic Control Plan; Utility Engineering; Final Structure Design; Final Roadway Design; Final Plan Checks: CPM/Constructability Review; Safety Review; Plans, Specifications, and Estimate Submission; Project Scheduling; Public Involvement, and Project Management and Coordination. Project Oversight will be provided by PennDOT with involvement with project stakeholders, as needed. Part 3 will consist of services during construction for the bridge replacement project carrying T-385 Eagle Furnace Road over Canoe Creek in Beaver Township, Clarion County (BMS# 16 7202 0385 0019). Services for this part will include but are not limited to the following: Shop Drawing Review, Construction Consultation, and Surveys. Project Oversight will be provided by PennDOT with involvement with project stakeholders, as needed. Part 4 will consist of construction inspection for bridge replacement project carrying T-385 Eagle Furnace Road over Canoe Creek in Beaver Township, Clarion County (BMS# 16 7202 0385 0019). Services for this part will include but are not limited to the following: Construction Inspection. Project Oversight will be provided by PennDOT with involvement with project stakeholders, as needed.
