Work included under this Project consists of the replacement of two (2) air-handling units, AHU-B, located in the 1st floor fan room, and AHU-D (PRE-PURCHASED BY THE UNIVERSITY), located in the 2nd floor fan room, along with their associated return fans, RF-B and RF-D, replacement of the existing chilled water circulation pump, CWP-1 (located in the ground floor mechanical room), and installation of a second chilled water circulation pump in the ground floor mechanical room and all associated electrical and piping scope and control upgrades required to support the Work. New VFDs shall be provided for all new equipment as part of the work. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all Construction to the satisfaction of the University, and subject to approval of the Professional and State System of Higher Education.
