The Streetscape Phase 1B project is a continuation of the revitalization initiative for Downtown West View and the Route 19 Business District. This phase will provide improvements in functionality, aesthetic, and overall accessibility along the eastern side of Route 19 beginning at the intersection of Route 19 and Wentworth Avenue (near West View Elementary) and extending south to Center Avenue. Project generally includes removal of existing brick paver walkways, coordination with utility owners for grade adjustments, grading, installation of new concrete walkways, installation of decorative concrete, construction of accessible ramps and routes, installation of new drainage structures, and restoration. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Streetscape Improvements – Phase 1B
