The following are the main objectives: 1. Parking space installations: a) Install wireless charging equipment in a minimum of one parking space unless additional spaces are agreed upon. b) Perform all related tasks and activities to ensure that all wireless charging equipment is operational. c) Install wireless charging equipment on a minimum of one PTC fleet vehicle unless additional vehicles are agreed upon. 2. Software Development to interface the system to PTC’s UBOS to support customer interactions, billing, and related: a) Develop software or provide APIs that will collect the required data from the wireless charging equipment and/or b) Partner with PTC develop the integration to the PTC UBOS system to the PTC UBOS system to allow customer interaction, billing, and related purposes.
