Commonwealth University Bloomsburg requests a sole source procurement of the Micromedical by Interacoustics Visual Eyes 525 3rd Generation VNG System/VTQ Assessments & Diagnostics Pkg, along with associated accessories and installation, from E3 Diagnostics. E3 Diagnostics is the This procurement is necessary to ensure that the Audiology Doctoral (AuD) program at Commonwealth University Bloomsburg maintains accreditation standards and provides students with essential clinical training. The AuD program requires students to demonstrate competency in vestibular evaluation, which is essential for accreditation. The program's existing Balanceback iVNG Laptop system, which exceeded its lifecycle, suffered a fatal error in February 2025, rendering it inoperable. Without the Visual Eyes 525 system, students will be unable to acquire the necessary skills and complete competency exams, jeopardizing their progression and the program's accreditation.
