Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. TMA Systems, LLC is the sole provider of the specific integrated computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) package used by the Facilities organization for scheduling and tracking maintenance, repair and construction/alteration work on all campus buildings, equipment, and infrastructure. The original program version was purchased via a request for proposal (RFP) process in accordance with Act 57. The software package provided by TMA Systems, LLC became the successful product from the proposers using the established RFP criteria. Only TMA Systems can provide the software upgrade, training, and technical support necessary to maintain and operate the program now. The software code is proprietary, and no license is given to any third-party software vendor to work on or modify the software program. It is not feasible to move 30 years of information, inventories, PM records, future PM work orders, building infrastructure records, systems/software records, time/attendance/training.
