Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. PennWest University is requesting Sole Source approval to purchase ZeeMee social media platform. This platform is designed for applicants and students to showcase their personality and interests in an online community platform. ZeeMee allows users to create profiles with videos, photos, and text posts to facilitate connections with campus-specific communities and groups. This social media platform provides interactions with university admissions to enhance the application process and help students integrate into their university environment before officially starting their higher education journey. PennWest originally purchased ZeeMee through Ruffalo Noel Levitz (RNL) via a PASSHE Contract as part of a strategic enrollment plan that integrates with Technolutions (Slate). RNL no longer offers the ZeeMee platform, however, continues to be included in the university’s enrollment plan. ZeeMee offers proprietary technology with a unique suite of features specifically designed to support student engagement and enrollment management not available from any other supplier. Only a single contractor is capable of providing the supply, service, or construction.
