Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Cheyney University is requesting Sole Source approval to purchase ZeeMee social media platform. This platform is tailored specifically for high school and college students to build connections with admissions officers, potential roommates, and the transition process during the college search and application process. Cheyney originally purchased ZeeMee through Ruffalo Noel Levitz (RNL) via a PASSHE contract as part of a strategic enrollment plan that integrates with Technolutions (Slate). RNL no longer offers the ZeeMee platform, however continues to be included in the univesity’s enrollment plan. ZeeMee offers proprietary technology with a unique suite of features specifically designed to support student engagement and enrollment management not available from any other supplier. Only a single contractor is capable of providing the supply, service, or construction.
