Millersville University requests Precision Cobotics, LLC to be a sole source service provider on its recent service agreement (DA-12947-25) with the University of Louisville, KY that will partially fund the continuation of the Robotic WorX program as was named as a provider with the following SOW. II.a. Professional / Assembly Services: $60,482 Budget includes $60,482 in funding to cover Precision Cobotics, LLC professional and assembly services to assemble and test equipment in the Robotic WorX Solutions Lab at Millersville University. Precision Cobotics is uniquely qualified to offer these services given their existing partnership with Millersville University in the Robotic WorX program. Precision Cobotics, is uniquely suited for this partnership given its relationship with local and national manufacturing firms and instrumentation/technology vendors. Furthermore, Precision Cobotics, is named in Millersville University’s ongoing Robotic WorX workforce development program, funded by the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board grant (PY23 OST Millersville University), the Lancaster County STEM Alliance grant (PY24 STEM Career Exploration), and the PA DCED grant (PY24-25 Manufacturing Training-to-Career). As the automation engineering firm offering internships to local high school and Millersville University students and supplying the program with authentic manufacturing problems for participants to solve, Precision Cobotics is uniquely qualified to continue in this capacity as Millersville University expands this program through its agreement with the University of Louisville.
