Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) is seeking Sole Source approval to purchase LabStats software from Cordance Operations, LLC, the sole developer, owner, and provider of LabStats software. LabStats cloud-based software is used by universities for the management of technology resources including the ability to track usage of hardware and software applications in real-time, hardware inventory tracking and management, detailed data on application usage, monitoring computer lab utilization and optimizing software licensing. LabStats software provides Universities direct data access through API and allows for advanced analysis using any customer-preferred Business Intelligence tool. PASSHE Universities have been procuring the software on an individual basis. This is a Strategic Sourcing initiative to streamline the administration of the procurement process. Only a single contractor is capable of providing the supply, service, or construction.
