Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. IUP procured the Acalog hosted service from Digital Architecture under RFP 2019-02, contract 4700004325 dated 1/14/2019. Contract 4700004325 was amended on 1/13/2024 to include the Curriculog hosted service. The Signal Vine text messaging platform service was procured separately under contract CW19981. Since January 2019, IUP has integrated and embedded these three services into academic and administratie processes utilized by students, faculty and administrators. These services have been integrated into IUP Ellucian on-premise Banner products through the Ellucian Ethos system, and these products will be integrated into PASSHE OneSIS Banner with minimal disruption of services. Purchase of these three services from Modern Campus will maintain seamless integration and management of curriculum, academic catalog and student engagement. Use of a product suite other than Modern Campus will not offer seamless integration within the product suite and would not leverage knowledge of the Modern Campus product suite or integration with Ellucian Ethos.
