Specifications include, but are not limited to: Commonwealth University (University) is seeking new hire onboarding experience services from Blue Beyond Consulting (Blue Beyond). The University has previously engaged with Blue Beyond consulting to provide integration strategic planning support and development of new mission, vision, and values statement for the integrated University. Blue Beyond, was also instrumental in assisting with the development of Commonwealth University’s inaugural strategic plan, possesses an in-depth knowledge of the university’s combined and legacy operational processes and organizational ethos. Given the critical importance of overhauling our onboarding procedure for the University’s success, the engagement of Blue Beyond to assist with creating a new hire onboarding experience is in the best interests of the Commonwealth and Commonwealth University.
