Teall Properties Group, LLC (TPG) serves as the exclusive party selling sponsorships for the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) and their athletic events per the Multimedia and Sponsorship Rights agreement these agencies entered into on June 17, 2019. Multimedia and Sponsorship Rights refers to print, media, advertising, game programs, in-game messaging and announcements, videoboards, signage, promotional activities, merchandise rights, equipment and apparel rights, naming and title rights, radio broadcasting and sponsorship rights, digital sponsorship rights and any other sponsors related, or promotional rights associated with Post Season Events or any other Activities or Events. As the exclusive partying selling sponsorships for the WPIAL, TPG is the only vendor that can provide the advertising opportunities listed to the university. It is for these reasons that it is clearly not feasible to award a contract on a competitive basis for these services.
