Westmoreland County Community College (Westmoreland) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for a comprehensive, cloud-based software solution designed to support the management of dual enrollment programs. This system must provide robust tools for student registration, faculty credentialing, assessment tracking, and inter-institutional coordination. Seamless integration with the College’s existing Student Information System (Anthology) is required. Preference will be given to vendors recommended or endorsed by the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP). Westmoreland serves a diverse student population across multiple campuses and school district partnerships in southwestern Pennsylvania. The College offers an expanding portfolio of dual enrollment opportunities that require efficient, compliant, and scalable software to manage growing administrative complexity. Integration with admission, student services, and student account modules. • FERPA-compliant digital parental/guardian consent processes. • Automated eligibility checks and course prerequisites. • Interface support for both students and district partners. B. Faculty Credentialing • Workflow tools for reviewing, tracking, and approving credentials of high school instructors teaching college-level courses. • Integration with academic and HR systems to support approvals and renewals. • Secure credential documentation management. C. Course & Section Management • Dual enrollment-specific course configuration and management tools. • Real-time seat availability and enrollment visibility. • District-specific scheduling and course limitations. D. Assessment & Placement • Interface to manage placement exam data, including upload of external results. • Compatibility with common placement tools and internal testing systems. E.
