Snow removal services for the below listed 6 sites located in Northeast and Northwest Philadelphia Bustleton Branch - 10199 Bustleton Ave - 19116-3718; Fox Chase Branch - 501 Rhawn Street - 19111-2504; Joseph E Coleman Northwest Regional - 68 W. Chelten Ave - 19144-2795; Northeast Regional - 2228 Cottman Ave. - 19149-1297; David Cohen Ogontz Branch - 6017 Ogontz Ave. - 19141-1311; West Oak Lane Branch - 2000 Washington La. - 19138-1344; Price to include all snow and ice services including plowing, snow & ice melting agents. The seasonal price to be divided into 5 equal monthly payments covering November 2020 thru March 2021. All services must be performed prior to the Library opening. Services will commence in coordination with the Library Facilities Coordinator. Parking lot sizes and locations are shown in the attached graphic. Provide a seasonal fixed cost for all 6 sites per month. The Library reserves the right to request quotes for additional lots to be plowed.
