Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, tools and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. All equipment and tools shall be in good serviceable condition. Although not limited to the items listed below, the Contractor shall have available (at a minimum) the following equipment and materials for snow removal/plowing. 2.1.1 Two (2) ¾ ton pick-up trucks (or larger trucks) with 8-½ ft. plow and tail gate salt spreader 2.1.2 Salt 2.1.3 Salt spreaders 2.1.4 Shovels 2.1.5 Blowers 2.1.6 Brushes 2.2 At a minimum, the Contractor shall provide the following typical crew to perform routine snow and ice removal services at each lot: 2.2.1 One (1) plow truck driver 2.2.2 One (1) laborer 2.3 Hourly rates shall be all inclusive rates including trucks and equipment, rock salt, operator / driver, laborer, fuels, oils, lubricants, accessories, maintenance, overhead and profit, and the like. Mobilization / demobilization to and from the work site shall be at no additional cost to the Authority.
