Specifications include, but are not limited to:Rock Salt & Calcium Chloride Materials: Awarded vendor(s) shall use Rock Salt for asphalt (Parking lot) surfaces only. Awarded vendor(s) shall use Calcium Chloride (or Equivalent) for Sidewalk and Step surfaces only. 2.3 Property Damages: Bidder(s) shall be responsible for repairs and full restoration of damage to any property or facilities caused by the fault or negligence of bidder or his/her operators. 2.4 Snow Removal Service Completion Time: Vendor shall complete all snow removal service operations in their entirety, to include plowing, shoveling and salting within Three (3) hours after final snow occurrence has ended. 2.5 Notification for Service: The Free Library of Philadelphia will provide notification to awarded contractor(s) within twenty-our (24) hours for request of Snow Removal Services. The City will contact the awarded contractor in accordance with the information provided in Paragraph 1.8.11 of the Invitation and Bid.
