Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The snow removal vendor to the Graduate Center building will keep-open the entrances to 1160 McDermott Drive from McDermott Drive at all times. 2. The snow removal vendor will clear the 225 car parking lot and the 550 linear feet of cement sidewalks of ice and snow. 3. The snow removal vendor must clear all parking spaces, and clear-away all ice and snow from the sidewalks and from beside the sidewalks so that students can park or walk everywhere. The snow removal vendor will clear and keep clear and safe the three exterior entrances to the building. 4. The parking lot includes four (4) islands and sixteen (16) peninsulas where we have planting beds and where the snow must not be dumped. 5. The snow removal vendor will leave a Service Work Ticket denoting the date and hour the service began, what was done, what was accomplished and what materials were used where.
