Excluded from this bid is the parking lot of the Air Management Lab 1501 E. Lycoming Street. The areas of the PWD facility to be cleared include the parking lot, loading dock area, driveways, depression for the motorized gates, gate access and operation, all walkways inside the fenced areas and all sidewalks of the entire block of Castor Avenue, Hunting Park Avenue, O Street and Lycoming Street.
