Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Weekday hourly rate for parking lot, loading dock and driveway areas approx. 50,000-sq. ft. with plow equipped truck or front-end loader. A travel allowance will be given for one hour inbound per each piece of plowing equipment. A maximum of two pieces on-site at the same time. 2. Weekday hourly rate for snow clearing of sidewalk which is approximately 2000 linear feet with required 3-foot wide path. Snow clearing must be done by small equipment such as: bobcat, ATV (all-terrain vehicle with plow), or industrial snow blower. 3. Weekday hourly rate for snow clearing of sidewalk which is approximately 2000 linear feet with required 3-foot wide path. Bid is per person for hand shoveling and/or deicer application. Maximum crew of four persons to be onsite. 4. Premium hourly rate for parking lot, loading dock and driveway areas approx. 50,000-sq. ft. with plow equipped truck or front-end loader.
