Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● The Bidder will evaluate PWSA’s existing inventory data and provide a summary of data gap observations and recommendations. ● If necessary, the Bidder will provide a recommended list of properties for PWSA to perform field verification that are statistically representative of the water distribution system. ● The Bidder will meet with PWSA to determine an acceptable accuracy to predict NonLead on both the public and private service lines. ● The Bidder will utilize all existing and newly verified data to predict the likelihood of Nonlead lines, every public and private service line in the distribution system that is not currently classified as Non-Lead. ● The Bidder shall generate the probability of having a Non-Lead service line on the public side of the service line and the private side of the service line. ● The Bidder will support continued data validation and deliver multiple iterations of the predictive model through the initial 12 months contract period, as well as two additional option years.
