Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Senior Advisor to the Commissioner for Administration and Management (A & M) Services will evaluate, develop and begin implementing a plan for managing Human Resources, Staff Development, Information Technology and Logistics. The goal is to create a sustainable infrastructure to effectively support the Agency’s mission and reform efforts, to improve organizational culture, and to enhance organizational operating efficiency. The responsibilities of the Advisor include, but are not limited to: (1) Streamlining and/or redesigning A & M’s business processes to drive efficiencies and reduce service delivery timeframes; (2) Strengthening existing A &M management team’s ability to support other operating divisions by implementing management accountability systems; (3) Implementing a strategic human capital management model that allows leaders to better manage and support people and performance; (4) Facilitating the implementation of practices that drive changes in the organization’s culture; (5) Implementing planned and new initiatives that improve supports to staff and the way that services are delivered to the community; (6) Developing a process to manage organizational strategic planning and development; and (7) Serving as Project Manager for Administration and Management related initiatives identified by the Commissioner
