Specifications include, but are not limited to: Assign security staff permanently to the MDJs for consistency of service. Staff may not be rotated into and out of the facility. Thus, there is to be the same individual assigned to each shift with one backup relief person per shift. Agree to comply with the rules agreed upon between the parties and such other special written instructions, applicable to the service, as may be issued from time to time by the Courts. Be responsible for the direct supervision of the guards through its designated representatives at the premises to which this contract relates and such representatives or supervisors will in turn be available at all reasonable time to report to and confer with designated agents of the MDJs. Must specify responsibilities for on-site supervision and must provide twenty-four (24) hour dispatch service.
