Specifications include, but are not limited to: The security service provider should meet the following requirements: Ability to start requested service no later than July 1, 2012. Ability to provide professional, uniformed personnel trained in quality customer serviceand customer interaction. Licensed to carry firearms and the ability to demonstrated City approved firearmstraining. Ability to maintain composure under any type of situation. Ability to participate in security efforts when Mayor or other government officials arepresent. Ability to patrol the facility and its perimeter at requested times and frequencies. Ability to perform under a performance based contract. Ability to provide extended hours of security if requested . Ability to relate to the ex-offender population and maintain their composure under allcircumstances. Ability to successfully deliver services in an office setting with multiple dynamicsresulting from participants with multiple years of incarceration. Ability to maintain security equipment in accordance with City of Philadelphia andFederal TSA standards. Perform administrative duties as required, including submission of daily logs and incidentreports
