Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will assist in funding the addition, maintenance, upgrades, cyber security, firewalls, etc., of (approximately 190 existing camera/views, and approximately 100 new cameras/views under this contract), electronic access control, inclusion of all existing cameras, servers, switchs, and all related equipment, at various sites and locations. 1. This scope includes installation of cameras, access control devices, lighting, sensors, etc., and all associated technical applications, hardware, software, equipment, etc. 2. This scope will occur at a approximately 28 “sites”. The proposed upgrades are a cost effective way to provide the necessary security measures around our assets to ensure they meet or exceed their life expectancy. Failure to put these proper security measures in place jeopardizes each asset and location. The only alternative would be a full replacement of an asset should any damage or attack to our existing system occur. These assets are extremely critical to provide a reliable service for customers and are very costly to repair or replace. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals shown, specified, and required to design, furnish, install, calibrate, test, adjust and place into satisfactory operation a comprehensive Security VMS system including cameras, access control devices, lighting, sensors and all associated technical applications, hardware, software, equipment, cyber protection, antivirus, firewalls and other Security Tools/applications as specified.
