Specifications include, but are not limited to: ARMDC seeks proposals from persons or organizations qualified to perform: Security Camera Systems and Access Control for the Northview Midrise. It is the intention of Allies & Ross Management and Development Corporation (ARMDC) to enter into Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with one (1) or more qualified firm(s) to provide Security Cameras Systems and Access Control services and/or other related services on behalf of ARMDC and HACP at fixed hourly rates; The services shall be provided in accordance with the architectural plans and specifications provided by the Project Architect, Fukui Architects, stamped and dated December 3, 2023. The types and frequency of the Services are outlined in the Scope of Services section of Attachment A – Professional Services Contract. The location of camera installations is shown in architectural drawings; Sheet E000 shows the symbol for security cameras, the Electrical Site Plan is shown on sheet E010 and the Electrical Power Plans are shown on sheets E101, E102, E103, and E104.
