System Design and Configuration • Design and configure an Eagle Eye Networks surveillance system that meets DCIU’s operational and security requirements. • Selected Contractor will be required to provide DCIU a complete list of hardware, software, and subscriptions needed to be purchased to accommodate this RFP. a. All hardware warranties, software, and subscriptions must be valid for 10 years following project completion. • Integrate 280 existing surveillance cameras into the new Eagle Eye Networks system. • Install and configure 110 new Eagle Eye cameras at locations designated by DCIU. • Install and configure all required local appliances or bridge devices to cache footage locally before uploading to the Eagle Eye cloud. • Ensure sufficient storage to maintain continuous video capture during internet outages, with automatic upload synchronization upon reconnection. • Configure the system to upload all footage to the Eagle Eye cloud with a minimum retention period of 20 days. • Ensure all video data is encrypted in transit and at rest. • Ensure that all cybersecurity best practices are followed during this implementation. • Test all new and existing cameras to ensure proper connectivity, image quality, coverage, and recording functionality. • Name/rename all cameras to ensure adherence to DCIU’s requirements. Training and Documentation • Deliver training for DCIU IT and security staff on system use, administration, and troubleshooting. • Provide comprehensive documentation, including network architecture diagrams, device inventory, and administrative procedures.
