The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, supervision, tools, equipment and materials necessary for and incidental to the construction. All Work shall be in accordance with this specification and the construction drawings. This specification is for the Super Structure to support the added conduits and cable weight in the LNG SWGR Bldg at Richmond plant. The Contractor required to coordinate with the Electrical Contractor for scheduling and avoiding obstructions of the existing and new conduits will be added to the Super Structure. Due to the Richmond plant Operating season. The installation of the Super Structure may need to be constructed outside of the Operating season. PGW will inform the Contractor when the installation can begins. All fabrication and installation of the Super Structure must be complete by June 30th, 2026. Demolition/Installation Instructions Minor demolitions may be required for the installation of the Super Structure. All demolition work must be restored to its original condition to PGW satisfaction. The Contractor shall follow the construction drawings SK18-014 for the installation of the Super Structure.
