This parent engagement and student success program has been built based on surveys conducted with over 36,000 parents from multiple colleges and universities. The CampusESP content managers curate weekly university-specific and customized content to serve as an additional support resource for university staff. The program allows family members to select the type of information they want to receive from all campus offices and to opt out of the service at any time. Additionally, the CampusESP Parent Portal is the only platform that provides a personalized web experience for families of prospective students with calls-to-action and qualification events based on their student’s admit type and enrollment stage. The Parent Promoter Score™ identifies which prospective parents are most interested in the institution in order to improve student yield. The Parent Portal program is only available from CampusESP. CampusESP is the manufacturer of the Parent Portal software and is the only source to provide service maintenance and updates.
