The description and location of the project is as follows: For the improvement of a certain section of STATE HIGHWAY in MCKEAN COUNTY, ELDRED BOROUGH, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, STATE ROUTE 0446, SECTION 543.This project being situated on State Route 0446 from Segment 0180 Offset 2039 to Segment 0210 Offset 0125. The total construction length is approximately 4648 linear feet (0.88 miles).This work includes full depth reconstruction, mill and fill, and overlay involving Superpave Asphalt Mixture designs for the base, binder, and wearing courses, cement concrete curb, curb gutter, and sidewalks, ADA curb ramps with detectable warning surfaces, drainage pipe and inlet replacements, pavement markings and legends, and miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package.
