The project consists of replacement of the existing corrugated metal plate pipe arch culvert carrying SR 4010 over Tributary to Shadigee Creek with approach roadway improvements. The proposed structure will be single span Precast Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert with two 11 foot lanes and 4 foot shoulders. Other work includes roadway approach pavement reconstruction, guide rail replacement, ditch grading, E&S control measures, temporary traffic control, signing and pavement marking, structure removal, and other miscellaneous construction work. Construction will be completed while traffic is detoured as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 4010, SECTION 650, in WAYNE COUNTY, STARRUCCA BOROUGH from approximately STATION 345+00.00 at segment 0070 offset 0500 to approximately STATION 352+69.94 at segment 0060 offset 1327, with a total work area length of 669.94 feet (0.127 miles).
