This project is for the rehabilitation of an existing structure on STATE ROUTE 3002, SECTION D51, in STERLING TOWNSHIP, WAYNE COUNTY, in the COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA.The project is located along SR 3002 at the structure over Butternut Creek, from segment 0110 offset 0000 to segment 0110 offset 0034 AND BUTTERNUT ROAD T-342 STA. 11+00.00 To STA. 15+50.00 overall length 330.00 LF.The proposed work involves rehabilitation on the existing single span reinforced concrete TBeam structure including removal of the bituminous wearing surface from the top side of the deck and apply PPC overlay, upgrade the existing guide rail system along all four (4) quadrants, bolted directly to retrofitted bridge barrier, full depth pavement replacement immediately adjacent to bridge, epoxy injection sealant to be applied to cracks at abutments and wingwall surfaces, Type 1 Concrete Surface Repair for spalls and delamination's to abutments and wingwalls, and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package. Traffic for SR 3002 during construction will be maintained by temporary detour using state and local roads. The detour will be 3.8 miles.
