This project is for the replacement of an existing structure on STATE ROUTE 2021, SEC D50, in OVERFIELD TOWSHIP, WYOMING COUNTY, in the COMMONWEALTH of PENNSYLVANIA. The project is located on SR 2021 at the structure over Beaver Creek from Segment 0070 Offset 2218 to Segment 0080 Offset 0344, with a total project length of 635 linear feet. The project also includes signing upgrades with LOWs from SR 2021 Segment 0060 Offset 0000 to SR 4013 Segment 0040 Offset 1998 in Lackawanna County. The proposed work consists of removing and replacing the existing structure with a precast reinforced concrete box culvert. Other work includes paving transitions at both ends, guiderail improvements, signing and pavement markings, erosion control, and landscaping. The work will be performed under an approved detour plan included within this construction proposal.
