The description and location of the project is as follows: For the restoration of a certain section of STATE HIGHWAYS in CAMERON COUNTY, SHIPPEN TOWNSHIP, EMPORIUM BOROUGH, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, STATE ROUTE 0120, SECTION 407. The project being situated as follows: On State Route 0120 from Segment 0240 Offset 1623 to Segment 0270 Offset 0100. The total construction length is approximately 4130 feet (0.78 miles). For the roadway restoration involving Superpave Asphalt Mixture Designs for the base, binder, and wearing courses, installation of piping, manholes and inlets, curbing, guide rail, sidewalks including detectable warning surfaces, pavement markings and legends. Construction involves boring pipe under the railroad, waterline relocation, sewer line relocation, and miscellaneous construction as shown on the approved construction drawings.
