This project is the replacement of the existing stone masonry arch structure carrying SR 0011 over an unnamed tributary to South Branch Tunkhannock Creek. The proposed structure is a 66’-0” long single cell 12’x12’ precast concrete box culvert with wingwalls. The proposed culvert will be embedded 1.0’ and incorporate baffles to reestablish the streambed. Construction of the new structure will be completed while traffic is detoured. In addition to the structure replacement, the proposed roadway design incorporates full depth pavement reconstruction at the structure approaches, upgrades to roadside appurtenances, and shoulder widening/backup, guiderail replacement, E&S control measures, signing, pavement marking and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 0011, SECTION D53, in WYOMING COUNTY, CLINTON TOWNSHIP from approximately 0.3 Miles north of SR 0006 at segment 0030 offset 2178 to approximately 0.9 Miles south of SR 1010 at segment 0030 offset 2883.
