The description and location of the project is as follows: For the improvement of a certain section of STATE HIGHWAY in CLEARFIELD COUNTY, COOPER TOWNSHIP, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, STATE ROUTE 1011, SECTION A04. The project being situated as follows: On State Route 1011 from Segment 0060/Offset 0135 to Segment 0060/Offset 0590. For the removal of the existing box culvert and construction of its replacement, a Precast Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert. Construction also includes approach work consisting of Superpave Asphalt Mixture Designs for the base, binder and wearing courses, guide rail, pavement markings, and miscellaneous construction for a total construction length of approximately 262 feet (0.048 mile) as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package.
